But I'm back, I've decided to give it a go again, lots of changes have happened since I first tried this and I have different reasons for wanting to write a blog. Before it was to support my business, about marketing and getting myself and my business seen. So what is it about now?
Well I'm not one for writing diaries but I am ALWAYS writing little notes and scribbles and cutting out stuff from magazines. It could be anything from training plans, class plans, recipes, things I want to remember, books to read, courses to attend, music to buy, places to visit - you get the idea. Trouble is I am a hoarder, if I see an article in a magazine that I like then its kept along with all the note books & scribbled pieces of paper and quick frankly its out of control and useless to me. I hope this is going to act like my brain dump and a place where I can keep these things and refer back to them rather than having a house full of books, notes, magazines & chaos. I need this blog to give some order to my obsession and then maybe I could sort out everything else that I hoard...
So ultimately, this is not a blog aimed at anyone in particular but something to help me. If anyone is interested in reading it then why not? Of course health & fitness will be mentioned a lot as I love my job just don't expect fantastic grammatically correct, funny blogs cause thats not me.
